It's a special electrical/mechanical valve you may have to get at the dealer. It raises fuel pressure during warm starts so fuel does not vaporize. It's located on driver's side firewall between brake and clutch reservoirs. It has 2 hoses and a connector on it. 1 hose goes to FPR. You can test it's coil resistance - should be 36-44 ohms - shot otherwise. To test if the valve is leaking you need a hand vacuum pump. If u want to test this and u have one, u can pm me with your email and I'll send you the proceedure.

Just reminded me of one thing when I saw this thread. I have the same troublecode on my car and I know where the solenoid is..I just wanted to know if it can be caused by upgraded pump or similar or if it just shot? It started to light up after my upgrades(turbo, FMIC, pump , inj etc)..but on the other hand the car had been sitting for a few months so..it could just have shut down*LOL*

Also...will it fit from the EVO III? They look exactly the same and I have two of those brand new left over in the garage so I thought I would try one of those on my car instead and see if it helps the problem?
Are they expencive to buy ...the solenoid?
