CEL Code p1500???

So I went to autozone to get my cel code read and one was a p0136 bad o2 and also the p1500.
P1500: fr terminal circut/open or short circuit condition or failed ecm.

when I start the car it turns over slow like the battary is dead, I have a fast idel surge maybe from a bas isc, not sure yet.
Also the anti lock light is on?
any ideas on the p1500 solutions?

Good question my anti lock light is on and sometimes have what sounds like an electrical surge in my head unit and car wont even tempt to crank over. All I do is turn the key back and then pops right off.

It turned out to be a bad battery.
