CAS pin 1 -BLK- to ground
CAS pin 2 -BLK/WHT- to MPI Relay pin 8
CAS pin 3 -BRN/YLW- to ECU (TDC sensor) pin 22
CAS pin 4 -BLK/BLU- to ECU (crank angle sensor) pin 21

Just went threw the same thing...... it was in the ECU .. and youll need a new one or get the one you have repaird ...

The CAS injectors nothing would work unless a hot wire was ran to the CAS then everything worked well it was in the ECU.

Good luck man.

well ive tried 2 difrent ECU's and nope....Injectors are not fireing

my cas has good voltage to it, my injector clips too....the injectors are not getting ground...i even tried a difrent resistor pack from a working car

The four black transistors on the ECU heatsink are what pull the injectors low. One for each injector. The ground for those transistors is the same as the rest of the ECU so if the ECU works the ground is good.

Ok so maybe the ground for the ecu is bad?? Where does the ecu ground at?? I've tried 2 other ecu's and still no fuel spitting out.... I'm moving today.... I need fueL :(

A 1G ECU uses pins 101 and 106 for electrical ground, Pins 17 and 24 for sensor ground, and the case mounting points for a safety ground.

If the CEL turns on for five seconds when you first turn the ignition on (bulb test) then the electrical ground is fine.

No injector pulse is more likely a CAS problem, bad ECU, or perhaps you plugged the Injector Resistor into the wrong connector and the injectors aren't getting power.

How are you testing the injectors for ground? The injectors are a switched ground from the ECU so they will only be grounded while being switched on.

The easiest way to test this is to put a test light on an injector ground and the lead cable on your batteries positive and either crack the car or turn the CAS by hand with the key in the on position. If you get blips of light when you turn the CAS the injectors are getting ground.
