cas install ???

Im pretty sure i need a new camshaft angle sensor but i have a stupid 95 tsi which has the cas behind the cam gear. Does anyone know of a way to change that with out going through the whole timing belt process. I just replaced my t belt in march and dont feel like going through all that again. Im sure it wont be that bad but i really dont have much time to do it. Any short cuts anyone can suggest will be great.

1g CAS would work. I haven't changed the 95 sensor. Maybe you can get at it throught the cam gear openings?

yeah, I don't think you have to take the T-belt off, If your patient enough, you should be able to get it off. Just try not to drop anything into the t-belt covers b/c they are a pain in the ass to take off.
