The tailgate trim clip shown here? Part number MR189485? Unfortunately I haven't seen any new old stock in years.
You might try posting a wanted ad in the classifieds. It's possible someone still has one or two they'd be willing to sell?
My clips were broken so I tapped the holes for a machine screw and it worked fine. The metal is quite thin but the threads engaged and held tight with thread locker. Tapping the holes may take away your ability to use these clips in the future but I don't see any getting produced soon. Another alternative may be buying a universal plastic clip kit and using one with similar dimensions but it must be extremely similar to hold tight.
I don't think those will work. They appear to be for a square or rectangular opening and you have a circular hole.Apparently my order for the clip got canceled smh. But I found these on ebay so hopefully these will work.
