2G Cargo carpet retainer clips (square)

Hello,

I have searched the forum and google and cannot find the part #.
I am restoring some of the loose ends in my 97 Tsi awd Talon. I pulled the cargo carpet and need to find the part # for the grey 1 inch, square post retaining clips. There are 4 total and of course they are all broken. Any help or resources are appreciated.

Well I found them, but of course no one has them in stock....
Grey -MR206115
Beige -MR757779

Many different similar clips are available at auto parts stores, and hardware stores.

We've had to buy these and paint the heads to match. Beats missing clips in strategic places.

You could also check with Stephen Miller (Stangmurdra) of Miller Import Auto Parts. He may have collect some still-good clips.

I think a round clip will work of similar diameter, just have to go compare some now.
