hey guys my laser wont start . So I just got done replacing my throttle body and was going to adjust my tps and isc today , but went to start my car and the open car door indicator was on but verry dim and then i tried to crank and nothing and the guage lights went out. So i thought my battery was dead , so i hooked up a jump box to the battery and it wouldnt hold a charge ,more than 10v. So i took my optima battery from my mustang and put into my laser and the dash lights were really bright and had all lights in my car working but went to start and nothing , it wouldnt crank but the lights stayed on this time , so did that about 30 times and then out of no where it started to turn the motor but still wouldnt start and did this about 10 times then i was thinking it was a bad fuel pump but then it stopped turning over and just clicked when turned the key. Would this do with anythin with me replacing the throttle body? I checked the starter by hookig up a wire to the starter and pos on the battery and it turned a littel any suggestions?

my opinion is bad starter.... question. do you have a strong ground at all from your battery to your starter. is there a clicking sound coming from the starter? last thing. you messing with your throttle body wouldnt have caused your car to not start unless you didnt hook everything back up or you possibly disconnected something...

it never actually started just cranked for a little bit.

D o you mean the main gound from the neg side of batt?

Another question when i jumped the starter should it of started or just spun a little like it did?

It should just spin until you break the circuit. It won't start because the MFI relay's still open.
