Ok so today after work I mess with the car . I do have spark but the spark isnt that big ? I check the voltage of the coil at the 3 pin plug, not sure what it needs to be but my meter say 12volts when ign is turned on , then when cranking the voltage drops to like 4 to 7 volts . can anyone help me with this ?

Ok here it the story I bought an 95 2G with an Evo III swap. The guy I bought it from said the timming belt was bad and started to change it. But he got lazy and never finished it. So I buy it thinking all i have to do is finished the job. Come to find out the head had some issues. So I get another 6 bolt head and change to a 1g CAS. I wired the CAS as the diagrams showed and changed the wires on the ECU. The car wont start, iam getting fuel the injectors are working , iam sure the sprak plugs are firing. I needs some help ...... How do you know the CAS is working? What do i do next? I did notice that the guy has the vac lines plugged off does this make a difference? Iam willin to pay some one thats in my area get it to run .

yea the injectors are working I pulled the fuel rail off and laid it on the top off the engine and watch the fuel shoot out the injectors. I havent had time to check the spark plug correctly .

I found out that i may have put the CAS in wrong .... I put the CAS in before I put the timming belt on so my marks may not be lined up . I should have time to go out and mess with it tomorrow .

And yes Engine turns over .

i dont like adding comments when i cant add a solution but i believe there is too much to be done and troubleshooting that it will be extremely difficult to solve on a thread like this.

i dont think you are a professional nor do i think you are completely inexperienced but i think you just put too much food on your plate. You need someone there to help you bro. without being there i wouldn't even know where to start to help you get this fixed other than to give you some kind of advise to start over with a manual because no one is there to help.
