Car won't shut off

this is my fisrt DSM car and am having a few problems. its a 95 eclipse gsx. when i shut the car off, the turbo timer shuts off the car like it is supposed to, but when the time runs out on the turbo timer, the car immediately starts back up again by itself. it will do this about 4 times until it stops doing this, and shuts off properly. i have had the car for roughly 2 months and it just started doing this.

its suppose to run till time runs out then shut off so I'd say it's hooked up wrong

Mine will shut off like that if I don't pull the handbrake up. Maybe try that. You probably already figured out the problem though because I just noticed this thread if from 2007.
