1G car wont rev up?

well some of you know that i had this problem a few days ago with this same thing and it was my tubo (the shaft broke) and replaced the turbo today and reved up a little and thats it and i unplugged the maf and it reved up better but only up to like 4k and thats it. and my stock bov had an odd sound after letting off the throttle. i also removed the whole maf with the plastic tube from the turbo to the airfilter and it still didnt do anything. so is my maf doing this?

So im guessing you fixed all boost leaks right?

yes every thing tight and hooked up

also the rubber hose that goes from the intake to the valve cover if that is hooked up like it is in the picture it will not stay started so i keep it unhooked so could this be my problem also.
