Car Won't Move Even Clutch is in gear

Hello All,
I have a problem with my 95 tsi that i really need help. Here is the problem, A few months ago the car ran fine. However, after the car was parked for about 1 month (i was fixing my timming belt) and now it won't move anywhere when i shift in gear. It won't stall the engine either when i release the clutch pedal while the clutch still in gear. I am able to shift in all the gears (1st - reverse) and the gear will stay there, but it won't move anywhere. The engine runs fine. i can't shift when i don't press on the clutch pedal. I don't know whether my clutch, my master cylinder or slave cylinder is bad and how do you know if they are broken?

Is you shifter linkage hooked up?

Is there any grinding noises when you let off the clutch with it in gear?

No noise or anything like that, also the engine won't stall either. When i shift it in gear it stays which ever gear it at.

Your clutch pedal does not feel weak or anything does it?
Have someone watch your slave while you press the clutch in and see if its moving the fork or not.

i'd agree with checking the linkage...or else your clutch may be shot.

I would guess that it is the clutch fork is not moving... it wont stall if the clutch is never moving from the neutral position because the fork is broken or not hooked up...

where is the clutch fork located?

I solved the problem by lossen the clutch bolt and let the fluid ran for a bit, now the clutch works fine. Thank You everyone for your helps
