2G car won't idle.

recently my car decided it doesn't wanna idle. tried changing plugs, adjusting biss screw, reset the ecu, etc. can't check for the isc steps cause it'll die if i let off the gas. driving is fine. just not when i come to a stop or push in the clutch. no boost leaks (blow thru setup anyway). my fuel trims are good. base timing is at 5 degrees. hmmm, any ideas? everytime i come to a stop i have to put it in nuetral and keep on the gas while pressing the brake with the other foot to keep it from dying on me. kinda sucks in traffic. thanks for any help.

Ive Had A Simular Problem Before, It turned out the PCV Valve / and hoes poped of the intake manifold, I Ziptied it on!

Check the ISC coil resistances and then look at your ECU for signs of capacitor leakage.
Also check that your speed sensor is working and that the IPS is grounded with the throttle closed, that the wire hasn't broken.
If the ECU doesn't see the IPS close then the throttle closes it won't do dashpot emulation. If the speed sensor is bad the ECU won't know that the car is moving and hold the idle speed up until you come to a stop.

The connector at the ISC was on there but wasn't totally plugged on there. Go figure.
That's what it was. I pushed it in a little and it's been working fine since.
