Car won start!

Ok I bought the car over 3 months ago... in that time its been driven about 5 times, and has sat for the past 2 1/2 months. I thought the problem was the ECU but I just bought a brand new one for it, installed it and it wont start.

I put new coil packs in the car, and a brand new FPR. But still it doesn't want to start... very rarely will it start. I go to turn it over it fires and stops and just sits and turns over but wont fire back up. Maybe 1 out of 100 times it will actually fire up and run.

What is going on with this pile of junk?

Check you ignition control module. How does it crank over?

check compression, fuel, spark...that's the recipe for a startup. If it cranks normal (not slowly) I would check something in the fuel system.
