car stumbles at 5700 new to logging please help

here is the set up i have
stock motor with crowler 414 and new style lifters
new knock sensor
evo 111 ported manifold
pte34(57trim)
2g o2 ported to a full 3in exhaust
buscher front mount
sheet metal intake
2g mas screw backed out flush all honey comes still in place
255 with 680(pte) injectors and a afpr set at 44 (no vac.) afc2
egt,boost,and a logger
i'm running 18psi and at about 5700 the car seams like its cutting out.
here is some of my log and my afc settings

well i made a tolal of 4 run they all look pretty much the same, on the outher 3 the hz went to 1603.9 but it still had .78v and 0 knock and 24 deg of timing. the car stumbles very bad at 58-6000rpm. car pull great until then it has 5 deg timing. my afc settings are

the car idles great and drives great. the car makes 18psi by 3800. i'm just a little confused about my problem i was thinking i was running out of fuel now i'm thinking i need to pull the honeycomes out of the mas. i'm really not shure if its a phantom knock or a boost leak. this is my first dsm and my first logging experiance. any info would be a great help. thanx steve
 
well i removed the the two side and lower honeycombes and i put a new o2 sensor in. boost is 15-16 and i had to set the afc to about +50 across the board. i took it out for a nother run even worse, it started to stumble at 4500-4700. i then lowered my base fuel pressure to 39-40psi and the car had a little stumble but it pulld to 7100 next i lowered my high settings to 35 across the board and the car pulled hard all the way to 7200. here is my log. if any body has any advice i would appreciate it. thanx steve

this is the log with 40 base psi, 16 psi boost,93 octane, i still think its a little rich i think i'm going tu up the boost to 18-19psi. and my egt never go over 1450. if any body see's any problem please let me know thanx agian steve.
 
He already has a 2g MAF.

First of all, put the honeycombs back in. You don't want to take them out, it makes the airflow curve very nonlinear.

What I really really REALLY don't understand are your SAFC settings. The car has 680cc/min injectors, which are more than 50% bigger than stock. They will require you to take out about 48% of your airflow on the SAFC.

However, you also have a 2g MAF. Now, assuming that you put all the honeycombs back in (which you should) then you would see about 20% less airflow than you normally would with a 1g MAF.

That means that since you originally need to take out ~48%, and the 2g MAF is taking out 20%, you still need to take out a whole lot, around 20-30%, on the SAFC.

You're set to +8%. Either you're running richer than poo, or your setup has a problem.
 
i belive i have a problem i did a compression check to day and found
cylinder 1-3 have 125 and 4 has 155. i did a leak down and fould cylinder 1 and 3 were leaking 55% and 2 was 45% and 4 was 2% so i'll be pulling the head and cheacking the head gasket and checking for some cracked pistons. i did,t save the honeycombes so is there any outher way or should i just buy another one. just to let u know the car pulled very hard can't wait to get it running at 100% thanx steve
