So lately My car has been having some problems. When I'm cruising normally, nothing is affected. When I start to boost say 7 psi and up, my car stumbles and feels like it falls on its face, and doesn't want to go. No matter what gear I'm in, it just doesn't want positive pressure. I haven't checked boost leaks yet because I wanted to focus on the DTC's.

These are the DTC's I pulled off of DSMLink. I am kind of new to DSMLink and tuning, so any help is greatly appreciated.

0012 Volume air flow malfunction

0013 Intake air temp circuit malfunction

0014 Throttle position circuit malfunction.

you may want to look into your mas as 2 of those codes pertain to it the iat comes from the mas and so does the volumetric air flow function. with dsmlink logging your throttle position sensor(TPS) voltage should be .63v so log tps volts and find the value. with the throttle at WOT it should read 5.00v. at the same time log airflowperrev, maf, airtemp and post back or post the log.

MAF plugged in? What type of MAF is it? Can you borrow a known working unit? Probably not as I bet you are the only turbo DSM in all of your county :p

Check out the ground for the TPS too. I randomly lost my ground signal to my TPS somewhere in the harness about a year ago and my car ran similar to what you describe. My TPS was reading a constant %100 and the car ran horribly rich. Fixed the ground and all was good again.

*Edit: I see in your profile you are running a 2g MAF. Double check the harness and make sure everything is wired up correctly.

I had the same codes as I'm running a 2g maf. I replaced the maf plug and it fixed the problem. Check and make sure your wires aren't broken inside the connector.

I had an extra plug with the wires, so I re-soldered the new plug on. I also have an extra maf that I'm not using and would let it go for cheap if you need one. Have you done anything different with the maf wiring at some point? I also know one wrong wire will throw those codes.

Anyone know how to fix this problem? This happened to my car right after i changed the thermostat housing. Ive checked everything over and plugged everything. Also changed the mas and tps, nothing changed. Im getting the same codes on the first post through dsm link.

I had the code 0012 yesterday, it was an easy fix. The ground on the GM MAF harness came loose. Not sure if you have a GM MAF harness or not but that was my fix for that code.
