ECMlink Car Stumbles When about to hit boost

What year is your EPROM ECU?
Do you have the TB ground strap connected?
Is the IPS wire on the correct ECU pin?

I switched pins 6 and 14 in the ECU because it is a 92 ECU. The throttle body ground strap is there. It’s still the stock connector for the IPS so I’d assume, but I haven’t double checked no.

On a 1G ECU the IPS signal on pin 14 is pulled up to either battery voltage or +5. When the throttle is open the IPS opens and the voltage floats at battery voltage. When the throttle is closed the IPS connects it to ground pulling the voltage to 0.

Measure that you are seeing that happen at the IPS connector and again at pin 14 of the ECU with the ECU on. DSMLink is saying it's not seeing the signal get pulled to ground.
