car sputters bad after cold start

ive. search here and there but no one seems to know what it is.
car sputters bad after cold start, meaning i can drive all day. and if i park the car for 20mins. and start in back up it sputters like hell. like im driving on 3 cyclinders., i changed pulgs, wire, coils, and fpr, still does it,, need help bad. thanks. and my mods are listed below

Do a compression test, something may be wrong with fuel pressure too.

fixed the problem finally. the timing was off and the biss screw was half way out. and i put in some new ngk 6 rating plugs gaped to .028. and turn down the boost to like 14psi. to be on the safe side.. she runs great again. what a relief.
