car sputters after warm up

so everytime i hop in the car on a cold start and take off it drives great, but when it gets all warmed up ( after about 15 - 20 min drive ) the car sputters and idles ruff in between 800 and 1,000 rpm, also when i am cruzin and i am barely puting pressure on the gas pedal, it sputters and rocks the car.

when its cold its faster and smooth, after 15 min drive it never gets better.

my first guess is a vaccum leak but could this be??
 
Kind of hard to do a boost-leak test on a naturally aspirated car, Don't you think?

If you had a vaccume leak, You would more then likly hear it, Or have an unstable idle.

Is there any check engine lights? I've seen a bad o2 sensor cause this exact problem, On over a dozen cars already.

As I said , It could be a few different things. I've seen a car 2 days ago, That once the car warmed up to operating temp, The coil's (Coil on plugs), Were getting too hott, Causing a miss-fire. Changed the coils, problem fixed.
 
yeah, this is for my NA talon and no i dont get a check engine light, as for the the idle, it does idle weird at the begening from a really cold start meaning like...leave it overnight and start it in the morning, and the idle only last like 2 minutes if that.. as soon as the needle shows some heat the idle is gone, then when the needle is where it should be at normal driving conditions ( 15-20 min) the idle becomes RUFF from 800 to 1000. and then i get the problems where i cruze with my hardly any pressure on the pedal and it jerks...but when i hit the throttle harder, it runs smooth again. so strange
 
Curious if you found your problem? I'm having an identical problem with my beast it's a 90 Turbo though. I'm leaning toward O2 sensor, Fuel injector relay, Ignition module, ignition coil (even though I've tried the 2 I have may just have 2 bad ones;(.), MAF, wires, and CAS.

My beast runs great when cold but right when it hits operating temp and is running for 15-20minutes it starts with a slight sputter but as you keep driving it gets worse and worse and starts misfiring smelling rich and dies when you go to an idle. I can let it sit for 5-10min with hood open and it will start and run for 5-10 minute before starting all over again.
