car smokes after shut down

Hey guys Ive done a little bit of searching, but cant find an answer. My car is a 92 TSI AWD. After I drive, once I turn it off, I look at the exhaust and smoke is coming out after the car is off? what does this mean? my car has basically no mods eccept the free ones the previous owner did. All help is appreciated

doesnt seem normal to me. I also have a 01 Jetta 1.8 Turbo, and it never happens to that car.....

Check to see if your turbo oil return line is leaking.

After you shut the car down, there is still smoke in the exhaust and its just making its way out.

If the smoke had color to it like blue or green ish. That's pretty. If it's just steam then that should go away in the +1 weather.

when rings go bad you get a little stream of smoke out the exhaust!!! how cold was it when it did this?

Yeah bro thats going to be normal for that cold of weather! If it was 75 or 80 out and it was doing that it would either be a head hgasket or rings!
