car sluggish even with upgrades has low top end

My 99 gst is taking longer to get up to speed after I installed a fmic the other day.while doing that I found out I have a Evo 3 turbo and a light weight fly when I changed my clutch. I have no top end at all I can get to maybe 125mph I went faster in a 420a what could I do to pick up my speed I have a cheap boost controller nd it's like a few clicks above low boost I don't have a boost gauge yet. If I turn my boost up even half I get fuel cut at about 4k. I'm not sure what to do to make it faster

At the risk of sounding snarky...if you go back and read some of the replies to your other thread "fuel cut even with low boost" they answer this question as well.

You may have an E316G but have nothing to really support it. That is why it feels sluggish. Get supporting items for your turbo of choice (in this case an E316G), and they will make it "faster". The FMIC is a start, although that could be considered making it slower do to pressure drop, but does allow for higher boost to "compensate".

As mentioned earlier, re-read the replies to your other thread, and that will give you a more comprehensive "start"

Yea I'm picking up a boost gauge tomorrow, next will be o2 housing and downpipe, or should I go in a different direction also what is a e316g
