sluggish on top end in boost

well ive done some searching and no luck. so my issue is when im a WOT in third or higher. i get up around 6k and my car just seems like it's not making anymore power, it feels like i feel it in the pedal just not wanting to go. it doesn't make any weird noises and i dont show any knock on my safc II. my setup is

16g on 18lbs no boost leaks
stock 450's
3" gm maf with translator
apexi safc II
hks evc
forced performance ex mani
3 1/2 inch turbo back apexi exhaust
apexi racing bov vented to atmosphere
eagle rods and pistons
fierra valves, crower springs and retainers
big greddy fmic

im not sure exactly on my maft settings but i know my safc is set to 0 across the board because of the stock injectors. i know i really need a wide band and im thinking it may just need to be tuned right. i was told it was tuned, and it runs fine except at wot in high rpm's and boost. let me know what you think

Maybe you should try to turn down the boost. More air + stock fuel system doesn't work right. You need to get supporting mods for the 16g.

...and also there are settings for fuel cut eliminator on the maft translator...

What version is your MAF-T?

What and where are these settings you're talking about?

2.0 and ya i dont know maybe im just crazy today! sorry, but ya i havent hit fuel cut on the car i definetly know what fuel cut is. this is my 4th dsm and not my first turbo car. n-e way i got worse problems to deal with at the moment! damn i really need a DD. thanks for the help but when i fix my tranny im getting a new wideband and making sure im not over doing my duty cycle with a DL on the stock 450's. i also plan to change them soon to i just need to work out all my dsm setbacks
