Car shutters at low rpm's in N.

I guess it has to be something in the trans like flywheel or clutch. both are fresh and the flywheel was surfaced sep. 09. but when i start the car and still have the clutch pushed in car is smooth. then when i let the clutch out car gets very unhealthy vibration to it. but when i put it in gear and drive it seems fine.

Adjust your clutch pedal.

Sounds like the clutch is dragging.

Car ran good for a year after the macnine work. It kinda started shortly before i noticed a good crack in my bellhousing like a month or two ago had the trans welded assuming that was it but now i still have the vibrations. but shifts and engages fine just alot of vibration at low rpms.

Check your motor mounts and their brackets and associated fasteners along with torque checking your Bellhousing bolts and make sure you have the Bellhousing dowels in place between the block and transmission.
