Clutch in Rpm's down

Alright guys I need a litle help. I replaced my tranny and my flywheel my fw is a act xact and is 11.5 lbs. Along with a act 2600lbs clutch. My prob is that when I push in the clutch the rpms will drop down and when I let off the clutch peddel the rpm's go back up. Could this be from the light flywheel?(less rotating mass) Thanks guys

what do you mean drop. are we talking at idle here or hard launches or what. if launches then it could very easily be your lightened flywheel. how long have you had it on the car.

need more info.

While at idle, so the best that I can figure is the throwout bearing is binding or there is too much pressure applied to the flywheel but I doubt that is the problem. The rpm's drop no matter what gear it is in, It only happens when I press on the clutch peddle'
