ECMlink Car runs rough after warmed up

SO yesterday I took off the TB, cleaned it, and re-installed it. I then turned off the Link TPS adjust and used the combination of throttle cable, stop screw, TPS and BISS adjustments to get the car to read 0% throttle, -1 Idle SW, 0.63V TPS and 30 ISC while idling around 950. It felt good to get the TB set right without having to rely on Link to massage the numbers. It idled smooth and it drove well. However after just driving around the block the idle was resting at 1400, and TPS and ISC numbers were high and throttle read 1% with idle -0. Should be able to run a boost/vacuum leak test today or tomorrow. It has to be a leak, since ALL of those settings couldn't have shifted, right?

i feel your pain and the idle my car takes three or 4 times to start, then idles rough. after getting warm it idles at about a grand, which im fine with. after driving it the car starts to idle up to 1400 the dropping to 1000 then back up. its very annoying i did a BLT and my hole bottom intercooler pipe was lose a complete mistake on my part. after snugging down the clamp tight i thought it was fixed but no. i clean the idle air control sensor and it ran great for about 20 minutes. ive yet to find a answer to this problem. hope one of us figure it out though.
