I live up in Saskatchewan, so getting parts for a car that they dont make anymore will be hard, but anyways I was wondering when I get my talon or early eclipse, and if I need a part for it (most likely elrectrical or engine based) could any part from any DSM fit any DSM?

Within a generation, almost completely yes. There are some fussy differences in the bumpers and their mounts, but otherwise they're the same cars. And there's almost always whatever you want on eBay. Engine control electronics will vary between automatic, manual and JDM, but again, within a generation they're swappable.
