first off, i would do a boost leak test followed by checking your ISC for functionality.

Whoops, didn't notice that it was an N/T... You can still check the ISC as I think the N/T has one as well but don't quote me on that. If you have noticed a decrease in your gas mileage or performance at all, it could also be a potential O2 sensor issue.
 
i agree. check the isc. but i also had a similar problem with my n/t. it was because the ignition was just a tad out of time. It was fine when it was cold and then, it would stutter a little when it warmed up and would want to die as well. also, this happened to a friend and it was because their plugs were bad.
