not running well on fresh build

hey guys, im trying to get my car running ok before i send it in to get tuned but it starts, runs rough, and dies, sometimes it stays running but dies when giving throttle, all emissions deleted, firing order and timing seem correct

update- tested compression to see if i had bent valves, came out good, all between 170-180, timing still seems good, but the 2 spark plugs on the outside are black/carbon, and the 2 inside plugs are clean but have fuel on them, gonna do a spark test to see if im even getting spark to all plugs

Im actually just dumb, this is my first non- carborated build ive done and didn't realize the 95 cas wont work with my aem cam gears, so im just gonna go back to my original gears

edit again- i realized i didnt have my metal plate on my cam gears, so i decided to put the plate on my new aem cam gears. i now have spark on all 4 cylinders. BUT 2 and 3 have very weak spark compared to 1 and 4. would that plate cause this? is there a way to adjust for the new cas i replaced? i really didnt wanna redo my timing AGAIN.
