Steinbach,
So guys, still ever since i did my clutch ive been having this horrible problem of not being able to get my car to get spark to cylinders 2 and 3, before i did the clutch, it ran perfect, infact i drove it home from the dragstrip with a 13.7 slip at 100 cause of that pos clutch. So then i redid the clutch and it went to fire it up and i couldnt get it to fire on all four, i then pulled my ecu and found that my isc took a shit so i unhooked it, got another ecu and tried again, and still cant get it to fire on all four. Im now starting to suspect my wiring harness got pinched or something when putting the trans back on because i have checked my coil and ignition control module and they both check out to what i think is good. Another weird thing is is that my afc reads a different rpm reading then my tach does so right away again i thought it was the ignition control module or the power going too it. How can i check to see if i have power going from the ecu to the actual plug in for the coil, ignition control module, and cam angle sensor? I really wanna get this thing running this week so i can take it our for one last cruise :( so please guys anything you can help me with will be awesome.

Well, as far as seeing if the end to the control module is getting power or not, you can check it with a voltage meter and make sure your electrical current is where it needs to be. As far as the ignition control module is concerned, you need to check it 3-4 times in a row to see if it is just failing with temperature change. Also, the coils are sort of tough to check accurately for fire. Get some new coils and fire it up with them on. If there is no change, then take them back to the store you got them at (clean them up if you get them greasy or dirty at all). Then work your way back.

Just a though, I had a similar problem a while back. Turns out for me my power transistor plug was only plugged in about half way due to the stupid shortness of the plug and something knocking it loose. I'm not sure if it's the same for the 92 as is the 90 I imagine so though. Give it a shot never hurts.

the ecu i had on the car also had a leaky cap after this happened. Im going to try my coil and power tranistor on a known running car tonight and see what happens. Ill let you guys know. Im praying its not the wiring

so i put the coil and power tranistor in another car and it ran perfect on all four cylinders, so i know those two things are good. How can i check to see if there is power getting to those components? I was also wondering if i could just use a test light or voltmeter etc on a certain pin to see if its getting power to the harness, and if not then find out where its grounding.
