Car keeps blowing ECUs, possibly ISC ?

Hey guys my car has been blowing ECUs since i bought it about two years ago. It keeps frying the same 16v cap as can be seen from this link http://www.dsmisc.com/dsmweb-dw/faqs.html . Would you guys say this is being caused by faulty ISC coils? Thanks.

Have you changed the isc at all or just wanting to keep blowing the ecu? What tests have you done and is that the only thing blowing on the ecu.

What have you done to solve the issue in the 2 years?

I have done nothing to solve the issue because the car blew one when I first got it and then I was fine for about a year after replacing the ECU but recently it blew 2 in about a month. I have not changed the ISC at all and yes the only thing blowing on the ecus is the 16v cap that can be seen circled on the link I provided in the original post.
