ECMlink Car is stuck in open loop (log attached)

I cannot figure out why my car is stuck in open loop, can anyone see why? granted this is with me driving it around too with no change. It is just dumping fuel. all the wideband wires are fine and everything.

hmm I think you may have made the same mistake as me possibly.

not seeing your narrowband change, and your wideband isn't making any movement in the car,
