ECMlink [RESOLVED] Stuck in open loop at idle

Car: 1990 Eclipse GSX

Stock injectors (removed FIC 650cc i just added to diagnose)
Deatschwerks 320lph
new NGK BPR6ES

Car is otherwise stock. Car sat from 2010 until 2024, ran before it sat.

The log is an idle and I blimped the throttle around the 40 second mark to see if the front O2 was moving. Didn’t reach 0.5V. From my understanding, is the car is stuck in open loop mode (according to ECMwiki/fueltrimupdatepoints.) I was trying to verify if it is because the front O2 sensor has gone bad from sitting? Before I go spending more money, haha.

Returned everything back to how it ran before that is why I removed the FIC 650cc for the stockers. My second assumption is the stock FPR is getting overrun, I have an adjustable FPR set up I am waiting for arrival. I only had a DW 320lph laying around from my STI as the original fuel pump was rusted.

Also, if anyone can tell me how to save the logged parameters for stream/capture. I am finding myself having to add STFT, combinedFT, MafRAW, etc myself everytime I connect to ECMLink. I couldn’t find the information in the wiki.

Was able to resolve the issue with a new o2 sensor. Replaced with a Bosch 13598 from Rockauto for anyone researching.

Is there some reason you have locked the intake temp and barometric pressure in the ECU Inputs? That's usually for freeing up inputs for Speed Density. I don't expect that to fix this but...

As you note the front O2 isn't really responding. The log doesn't show the startup to see if the ECU tries and fails to enter closed loop but I'm expecting that the case.

If this is all due to the Deatschwerks overrunning the stock FPR to can test that premise by adjusting the fuel global (negative values) to lean out the AFR and see if the O2 starts responding. Don't go for a ride like this because as soon as the injectors start flowing enough to allow the regulator to keep up the pressure will drop back to stock. (BTW this assumes you don't have a fuel pressure gauge ATM)

You should also inspect for cracks and leaks in the exhaust. 1G exhaust manifolds are known for cracking.

I can't reach the ECMTuning site right now to check on saving captured values. Displaying them you just have to check off the Save as default box when you add them to the Display Values popup.

No clue why it was locked, but I have unchecked the intake temp/barometric pressure. I bought this ECMlink chip second hand so it may have the settings adjusted to the previous owner.

That is correct, no fuel pressure gauge right now. Checked front o2 response while adjusting global fuel upwards of 12.8%. Unfortunately still no response, I am thinking it may be a faulty o2 sensor. In the startup, while warming up and warmed up process the front o2 sensor was flatlined compared to my first log when I blimped the throttle. Inspected the exhaust manifold, and did not see any noticeable cracks. I did replace the gaskets while I did maintenance prior. Attached is the start up

I forgot this morning that normal narrowband O2 sensors output are rich when close to 1v and lean when close to 0v. So with yours pretty much flatlined it would seem like we need to add fuel to see if it will wake up. That would seem to rule out that it's caused by the stock FRP because overrunning it causes more fuel to be injected than would normally.

Would you happen to know what volts the front o2 sensor would put out while disconnected? I am seeing the same value(0.10v) while the front o2 is unplugged with the car off in ecmlink. Thanks
