1G Car is having a hard time starting.

So my car has been having a hard time starting like its flooded. But my A/F gauge is telling me I'm lean.

When I turn the key on I don't hear my fuel pump. Its a Walbro 255. Do I need to do a rewire?

I don't have the line to my wastegate clamped off or attached so that may be causing problems with the pressure regulator... Anything someone can think of

Air fuel wideband, or blinky light shows your lean.

The fuel pump only comes on while cranking.

Also, The vacuum line for the wastegate should not be shared with the regulator, It should come off the nipple on the j pipe. Does the car start and run? Or just crank?

Pull the vacuum line off the regulator and see if there is fuel in the line, You may be over running the regulator and flooding the intake with fuel.

You need to be cranking to have the pump kick on. So having the key in "on" will not turn the fuel pump on.

I assume you have a narrowband since you called it just an A/F gauge, it's garbage really.

If you are flooding it then more than likely it's the coolant temp sensor gone bad.

It turns on eventually, but takes a lot. its a aem gauge and the shop put the 02 sensor in that came with it. I thought it was wideband.

I will check out the lines and everything. I'm getting really annoyed with all the possibilities ha. Once it turns on it runs fine but its just starting it that's difficult

Can anyone tell me how the boost lines and fuel pressure lines should be run. My shop didn't do it right I guess. Pictures would be nice
