I have a '99 eclipse gsx. It will not start. I yanked the plugs and i'm gettin good blue spark on all 4, but they are soaked with fuel.. I checked the compression and it seems to be fine.. Only thing i can think is it's the FPR or coolant temp sensor.. I did notice water running out of my ignition module when i disconnected it, so i think maybe it could messed up. (even though i'd think i would not get spark is the I.M. was the issue.)
I does try to start a little, and will almost idle at times.. but i can smell good ole premium unleaded coming out the exhaust. I know i am gonna have to change my oil cause it probably has a ton of gas in it. Mitsu tech sugguested the MDP/MAP sensor, Coolant Temp Sensor, and FPR.. I think i am going to start with the Coolant temp sensor since it's like $35 bucks.
Any Advice appriciated
