I know this is unrealated to DSM but this is the most helpful forum im on. My moms car (1998 Mitsubishi Montero)was just in the shop to get the battery terminals changed. The guy said he changed the TERMINALS(PLURAL) he only changed one
When i got there to pickup the car he had the intake out. I asked him why, his response was that he was just checking something.. After changing the battery which wasnt holding charge i started the car and immediately it died. Im convinced he tampered with something because he said we needed to have the fuel line cleaned! When we took the car to him(before the terminals acted up) the car ran fine! The car is acting the same as if you were to take out the air filter sensor. If you keep it revving above 1 it will stay on and drive as long as your revving. Any ideas what he did or what the problem can be?
