alright to make a short story short my ISC motor was bad so i replaced it with a new one off ebay for 120 bucks, i put it in and go for a drive, seems to be ok, little while longer down the road the same shit happens.

when I'm driving and i gun it and then let off the gas pedal, and put it in neutral, my rpms Will DROP and car studders and almost dies and sometime it does die,

sometimes it scares the shit out of me because ill be going like 20-30 mph and i cant control it anymore!
DOES ANYONE HAVE ANYTHING TO HELP ME OUT ON THIS ONE! PLEASE PLEASE DO

Are you venting your BOV? Cause I had the exact same issue on two different cars when the bov was venting. I would get on it, shift into neutral or one reason or another, and then it would either come really close to stalling out or stall out. If you are venting I am 98% positive that is why, but if your not venting, I am not sure.
