alright when i step on the gas and get up there in rpms and then let off the gas really quick my rpms go way way down and the car almost dies, all i need to do is adjust the biss screw right??
and if so what is around the proper idle rpm..

my car was doing the same thing. What does the car idle at....what worked for me was to set the idle at about 1000-1200. I know its a little high from what it should idle at but atleast the car wont die..You can try that and see if it works. If it doesnt your idle control valve might be messed up..

Yeah it sounds like you have a BOV that vents. If you are going to vent, get a DSMlink or something like that. S-AFc isn't enough, trust me I know. You burn more gas as well because of the extreme rich conditions inbetween shifts.

Not recirculating the air from the blow off valve. There is normally a tube that transfers the air purged back into the intake pipe.

First of all, don't just go adjusting your BISS to bandaid the situation. Fix the problem!
The ISC is the most common problem.
What it does: It's basicly a solenoid. It has 2 coils that draws a plunger in and out. This in and out function lets metered air bypass the closed TB plate. So when you turn on your AC and the idle starts to drop, the ISC allows more air to bypass the TB increasing your idle to where it should be(keeping it from stalling). Same as when you rev it up and let off quickly, it starts to stall. The ISC opens and increases the idle to where it's suppose to be. If the ISC isn't working properly, it can never adjust your idle and the engine will either stall or want to stall.
There is more to it but that's the simplest explanation I can give.
Here's how to test it:

I hope this helps

no its not a bad idle, i have my idle set perfect, ok so i take the dumb tube off right, then what do i plug up the intake hole with??? leave it open or get a cap for it at homedepot or something??
What are you talking about.
You DO NOT want to vent your BOV. By the pic in you gallery, you have it running correctly.
Venting the BOV is BAD. The BOV must have the hose(you called it a dump tube) going from the BOV to the intake pipe. Venting is when you disconnect the return hose from the BOV port

Go back up and read my post. If the ISC is bad, it will cause the exact problem you have.
