Car Beeping, Won't Start!!!!

1990 GS-T - Okay all, my car is totally back together, has a good ECU in it, but this is the problem. When I turn off the key, it just sits there making random beeping noises. Also, the oil light just sits there flickering. This is with the battery hooked up and the key out of the ignition. Upon trying to get the car to start, I only hear a "click" when the battery has PLENTY of charge. There had been a small engine fire, but I got all that stuff fixed I think, and the car HAS run since that fire occurred. Thanks for the help you guys, I'm in a DESPERATE situation here.

You're not getting power. Check and double check you battery connections, battery cables, grounds etc.
I know it sounds vague, but I'd bet that's your problem.

Maybe one of your enemies placed a bomb on the car and it is not fully activated, And only a beeping. I'd have that checked out.

Yep, had two grounds that weren't grounded right. Thanks for the help guys.
