Hey guys. My 6 bolt build/swap for the car was completed on Saturday, and I have been driving it around for about 600 miles with no problems whatsoever.

I was at my house with a few of my friends, and they asked me to rev the car for them. I revved it to around 5 grand, and let my foot off the gas. When I did, the car died and it hasn't started since...which has been since Tuesday.

The car is getting fuel, and is also getting spark when I checked the spark plug wires. Someone mentioned that the CAS might be bad also, which would cause it not to start...because a bump start hasn't worked either. The engine will turn over, but will not fire. Anybody have any insight on this?

I literally just fixed a problem like this on my car today. Check your timing. I lined up the cam sprockets and the oil pump sprocket, and it turned out that my crank jumped timing by like 6 teeth. I'm really glad that I didn't bend any valves or anything, and really glad I got it fixed. It was my very first time doing timing, and its a really good experience. So I would definitely check timing.

1)Check timing
2)Turn key on but dont start it, unbolt the cas and see if you hear the injectors fire and check for spark.

I would check the wiring on the cas, a lot of people slop them together with out properly soldiering / using heat shrink or did you go with the magnus harness?

The guy that built the car is coming today with a different CAS. He did all the wiring himself, so we'll check and see what's up with it

It has been resolved guys. Turns out the clip that holds the connector to the power transistor module was broke, and wiggled its way off when I revved it. Something that only took 2 seconds to fix gave me all this trouble. I feel like an idiot LOL

Thanks guys! I feel like a dumbass, but that will definitely be the first thing I check when I'm not getting any spark next time ;)
