cant rev above 5000RPM'S

I need some help!!! I just went from an auto to a standard in my car, i took the transmission from a 1996 talon esi, mine is a 95 esi. I had to change the wiring harness and the ecu. everything went alright, until i went to start it up and it would roll over but wouldnt start. so i done some research and i found that people have changed their firing orders from 1&4 to 2&3.
cranked it over a few times sure enough it started now im taking it out and test driving it everything seems fine but when i went to see what it would do and it wouldnt rev over 5000rpm's it would just pretty much fall on its face. so when it done that the second time i hurried up shifted to 2nd it chirped the tires and done the same thing when it got to 5g's. the other car has 2 o2 sensors mine only had 1 i wasent sure if that would cause it or not. i changed the intake, throttle body, injectors, installed a cai, header. it sounds like a rev limiter to me but i was told the standard ecu's reved out at like 7200 or something like that.. anywayz im all out of ideas and sure could use some help...

If the front o2 is shot then you'll run like crap check that out. Also basic's check coil,wires,plugs dont take offense cause it seems you know your sh@t, but maybe have overlooked. Lastly check your map sensor

CHeck your timing belt marks. I remember mine jumped a tooth, and my timing was all messed, didn't rev past certain RPM's.

so when your car done that did it start good and everything like that? was it pretty sluggish?
