I just bought a 1G Talon. Oil was accumulating in valve cover from what I thought was a crack. So I replaced the valve cover/oil fill cap and expected the oil to be gone but still there. It only does this under load, Ive sat and revved it with the hood up but nothing happens. Cant tell if its coming from the oil fill cap but there is a spray pattern right above the timing belt where it looks like its shooting it around. Also it looks as if there is a small amount coming from the breather on the valve cover. Does anyone know what could cause this? Ive had it to two shops and they were clueless.

Thanks Ill try to get pics up.

Have you changed out your PVC valve? you're getting tonnage on blowby and it can't go anywhere. Better get that taken care of quick, or you'll blow out the main crank seals and that's not a pretty picture to see happen.
