Cant get it to run?

I got a 95 eagle talon that i cant get to run. i have tried about everything bout found out i was not getting an injector pulse i read that this can be caused by the CAS but does anyone have any other ideas, thanks.

your MPI relay contols fuel injection check it with an ohms meter a dead ecu can also cause this but id think it woulndt have fire either

Check the MPI relay like the dude above said and the Transistor pack. Have you changed spark plugs and spark plug wires? Take your ECU out and take a look. If you run out of ideas, I would just send your ECU to Steve to have it checked. I replaced countless parts trying to make my car run and it turned out to be the ECU and you couldn't tell it was damaged in the beginning because it needed to be tested.
