Ok I recently bought my 91 AWD from a guy in Savannah GA, I knew it came with a clutch problem, he said the pedal got lower and lower and stopped going into gear! I bought the car ended up pulling the transmission the clutch disc was completley gone it sounded like a Tamberine when you shake it!! The flywheel is some kind of lightened flywheel I am not sure what brand it could be an Ebay cause I dont see any Logo, I put in a new clutch kit, new slave cylinder and put everything back together! at first my clutch pedal stayed soft when I bled it with the new slave cylinder I got from auto zone then I put the one that came with the car back on there and bled it again, pedal hardered up because the other was longer than the one that came on the car, felt more pressure on the clutch but I still cant get it to go into gear at all!! Im out of options now my friend was guessing I might need to put the stock flywheel back on but im shit out of Clues!!

If you haven't already, double check the master cylinder too. I usually replace both as a precaution during a tranny job (they're cheap enough). I had a similar problem and it was the master cylinder on my 1992 Laser. BTW, don't force it into gear or you will be replacing the shifting linkage too. Hopefully you checked the stepping of the flywheel to make sure it isn't out of spec. Some aftermarket flywheels aren't always stepped properly (from experience).

So should I just go ahead and put the stock flywheel in there? I might need to get a better clutch I ordered this one through autozones vdp, I was suppose to be A Luk kit but I got an Exedy

When you installed the new clutch you should have had the flywheel resurfaced along with the shoulders where the pressure plate bolts up to. Hopefully you replaced the pressure plate as well, the plate fingers should all be equal when you torque down the bolts.
Not being able to shift or hard shifting is caused by multiple things:
Clutch free travel excessive.
Clutch doesn't fully release (faulty clutch).
Sliding gears or synchro rings binding.
Sliding gear teeth damaged.
Synchronizers worn or damaged.
Shift mechanism binding, worn or out of adjustment.(Cables, levers, + bushings)
Low lube level or incorrect (too thick) lubricant.
Housing and or shafts out of alignment.

Oh also check your clutch pedal free play adjustments.

Since the pedal got lower, I would check the fluid in the master cylinder. If it's not low, I would suspicion the master cylinder. If it's low and you see a leak near the slave cylinder then it's obvious it's the slave. These transmissons do have their share of problems like the input and counter gear bearings going out. This can cause very difficult shifting, but has nothing to do with the pedal engaging closer to the floor than normal.

Good Luck
