So I just finished my 6 bolt swap and really want to drive my car. The engine runs fine but for some reason I cant get the car in gear when the car is running. If the car is not running it goes into gear just fine. I have already bled the system multiple times. I have the clutch adjusted all the way out right now and it still seems that the clutch isnt disengaging all the way. There is only a couple thousand miles on the master cylinder, and I have also replaced the fork, ball and throw out bearing recently. The slave isnt leaking any fluid and it seems to hold pressure just fine and moves the rod fine. I am so lost at this point though. Thanks in advance for any help.

Not sure looks like you checked everything. Did you check the flywheel step when you did the 6-bolt swap? Also did you shim the balljoint, with ACT clutches you have to do this I think, but Im not sure if that will fix your problem.
