Hello, for the past few days my talon has been vibrating a lot and when I stop at lights it wants to die and some times my clutch pedal won't come fully back up. Today I started my car and could put in gear, so I started it in first gear with clutch pushed fully in and the car started moving like the clutch isn't fully being pushed in. I was maybe thinking the slave cylinder but not sure, the slave is working but not moving much like it's stuck. Would like to know whats wrong, please help.

If you replace everything in the hydraulic system and know it's all working properly it could be your pressure plate bolts backing out.

Good way to check is to take out the clutch fork boot, and shine a flashlight in through the hole. Look at your pressure plate fingers and see if they are flat. If they are pointing outward like an uninstalled pressure plate then the bolts are coming loose or the pressure plate is bad.

I don't think the slave cylinder is the issue. Sounds like a bad master cylinder and/or clutch pedal (Z-Bar) assembly. The clutch pedal movement (or lack of?) when you release the pedal is a clear indication of this. I would inspect the knuckle / joint where the pedal and lever connect. If you can push down on the pedal, release it, and then reach down and pull it up even further -- most likely the assembly needs to be replaced.

If needed, a new Z-Bar assembly can be found here:

We also sell the 1G master cylinder, if needed:

The clutch fork would not budge yesterday and now today I got it free and the slave cylinder the nipple is not going back into the slave cylinder the right way and moves all over the place, so I orders a slave

The transmission bolt near the slave broke and the transmission was splitting from the engine block, so I replaced the bolt and slave because the slave was locked up also. Now she is back and running

Makes sure you have the engine to tranny dowel pins in there too. A friend of mine and I had to remove transfer case, dp and mounting bolts and separated it enough to install those. The bolt breaking in your case could be a sign of no dowel pins. I have seen a bell housing crack where the two bolts go in at top because of no dowel pins.
