I just purchased a keydiver stg 3 chip with all the goodies. I received my chip today and headed out to the car to install the clutch wiring needed to run the 2 step launch feature. I crawl up under the drivers side dash and find out the previous owner or maybe one of the owners before him removed all of the wiring for the switch itself!! I went to the local junkyard today and grabbed a plug and cut as much wire I could along with it in hope that the person that did this maybe snipped the loose plugs and taped it up. I searched for 3 hours today and just gave up on it. Does anybody know if I could wire this 2 step differently? Im all out of ideas and figured id see if someone out there ran into this same problem? I can take some pics tomorrow if any are needed.

I'm sorry I'm not quite sure how to answer your question.

The wiring needed for the 3 step stutterbox (3 different limiters, launch, redline, NTLS) in this case is pretty simple but you will need a clutch switch. One side of the switch will be connected to ground and the other side to pin 104 on the ECU harness.

The wiring only gets a little more interesting when you use the CSS for both the 3 step and keep the CSS function.

The 2 step stutterbox doesn't require the clutch switch as an input since it doesn't do NTLS.

TMO used to have an illustrated instruction page linked on Keydivers website but it no longer works. Like Steve aleady said, you hook the one wire up yo the ECU sie of the vehicle speed sensor (after you cut the wire) and there should be 2 more wires to hookup to the clutch switch. Ill try and find a diagram.

So I can just take the plug that I got from the junkyard, take one wire to ground and run the other to pin 104 on the ecu? I was going to do this but was afraid of burning something up. Is there any other relays or power wires that need to be hooked up? Ill try this later on today and let you guys know everything turns out.

Thanks

Zach

Yes. You not currently using the CSS for starting so wiring it for the NTLS is that simple.
