HELP Cant find boost leak *Video*

Hi!

Found some threads covering this, but didnt get an answer, hoping i could get some more ideas here.

Have new injectors, new seals, made a IC tester and connected it before the GM MAF, see picture. When i pressurize up to 4 bar i just hear a hissing from the "backside" of the intake, but cant find a leak, you can hear that in the video.

Sprayed on soap water and found a leak at the AFR, the threads were leaking so i put some thread tape on, now thats ok, checked all houses, sprayed soap water everywhere but can find the leak.

All tips would be appreciated...

Didnt help, still leaking from the first PSI.

So the intake itself is ok, i made a compression test to check that the valves are ok, got 1=170psi, 2=165psi, 3=175psi, 4=175psi so they feel ok.

Finally ordered a new OEM manifold gasket,
need to wait a week for it from jnz, thats my last hope, didnt find any here in Sweden.

UPDATE....

So the intake gasket didnt help so i took everything apart, and found the problem.
It was the EGR block plate i made, i did it the wrong way so it leaked from the intake side to the exhaust side. Made a new block plate and put everything back, at the same time i found the wastgate wasnt sealing properly when closed so i fixed that too.

Now im driving around with the car and have more power/responce than before, increasing boost little by little and doing some tuning.
