Resolved. I'm now building 12psi at 5k.....all i did was change my 1g bov gasket and tightened everything up ic pipes intake pipe throttle body ect...i'm good to go!
 
Sweet! You might want to edit the title with a resolved banner. Sounds like you muct have been getting a massive leak from that BOV gasket and IC pipes. Glad to hear you got it worked out!
