Cant boost over 9psi

I was driving my car around this morning at 15psi with only the typical high RPM problem of breaking up because I dont have a tune. Then later on that day I got into my car to go to work and it won't boost over 9psi. I check all the vacuum line and they are all still on tight. I cant figure out what the problem is. My current mods are as follows...
- EvoIII Big16g with an internal wastegate
- 550cc injectors
- SAFCII
- Full 3inch exhaust
- Hallman ES manual BC
- XS Power FMIC
- 1g BOV
- Stock intake pipe with external filter
- holly 255 pump
- stock fuel pressure reg

It worked fine for about 2 months and then today out of no where it just wont boost over 9psi.

Check for a boost leak,they can spring up out of nowhere.

check for boost leaks and see if you can swap out your BC for a different one. this happened to me also where i cant boost past 9 psi, then i replaced my turboxs BC and everything worked great.

9psi is what you would run with a pressure source straight to the WGA, so something is wrong with your boost controller.

Problem solved!! I didnt think it could have been this easy but the upper IC pipe rubber connector was off a hair and I guess a little boost was leaking out. I didnt even think to check it cause it was a perfect 9psi so i thought it could have had something to do my with boost selonoid. Oh well thanks for the help.

I'm willing to bet you have other leaks which can contribute to your high rpm misses, a boost leak test should a regularly scheduled maintainence item. Also, get an AFPR for that 255.
