Can you flash a 95 eprom ecu?

I have a 95 eagle talon with an eprom ecu and Iv read and read and read and Iv seen stuff about you can flash a 95 eprom ecu but Iv read you can't you need a 98,99 or and evo ecu to flash with evoscan I'm just trying to clarify if I can or not I was wondering if I add that pin out for the flash connector if it can be flashed or is that only with dsmlink?

I would just get dsmlink if you already have an eprom ecu. 95-96 eprom 97-99 black box/flashable ecu.some 1 can correct me if im wrong but I think some 97 are gold box none eprom.

It's still up in the sir I just wanted to know the eprom 95 ecu is flash capable still up in the air just opening up options

No thry arenot flashable. Your option are burning custom chips, dsmlink whick is a piggyback with its own chip or if you want flashable get a 98 or 99 blackbox ecu.

Alright thank I was just wondering that's what I'll prob do already have evoscan from by buddy having an evo so I can use his anytime I just need to get a flash connector wire into the right pin right?

EVoscan is a logging program, and doesn't allow you to change any parameters in the ecu. The only way to change parameters in that ecu is to remove the stock Eprom chip, and replace it with a dsmlink chip, custom Eprom, or eprom emulator.
