Hey guys need some help, I have a 90 Eclipse FWD with a cyclone motor swap and was told it had a modified ECU, can't find anything matching the numbers

MD128625
JE33lA979A
Chip is MH6111 E266
Plug is 4478A

I believe its a diff board inside the FWD case cause the number on the chip should be E705A for a 88-90 fwd turbo and mine is E266 which I can't find any info for, could it be the JDM ECU modified?

I suspect the grey resistors that you mentioned are in fact the capacitors that are changed simply a maintenance or repair, not as a 'modification.

Is the E266 on a separate chip other than the processor (the E705A should be where the E742 is on the picture below).

Is the E742 chip even there? If i had to take a guess I would say it's a stock non EPROM ECU, the E705A would be there only if you have an EPROM ECU.

The 4 I'm referring to are in the upper right corner of that picture, 2 of the caps in the middle were changed to 105 c
